Dear Believers,

Thank you for your continued support and patronage. We have been making steady improvements and upgrades to our dining room and equipment over the last 6 months. As we roll into summer 2013 we are changing our hours of operation to focus on dinner and evening delivery. We are temporarily suspending weekday lunch operations with plans to resume lunch service in the future.

NEW PRODUCTS

We have some exciting new products to offer, including our SPACE STIX & SOLAR SAUCE, a variety of delicious SANDWICHES served on Hoagies and oven-baked to perfection, 2 NEW SAUCES – our house blended TANGY BBQ SAUCE as well as an exciting SPICY THAI PEANUT SAUCE. We have added 5 NEW TOPPINGS of Meatballs, Salami, Chicken Breast, Basil and Artichoke Hearts and we have 5 NEW SPECIALTY PIZZAS to give you even more choices!

We are committed to providing you with better products at better pricing with better service than our competitors. We continue to make our own dough and Solar Sauce in-house in small, fresh batches.

New Partnership with Local Family-Owned Farm

We are also excited to announce a partnership with Bridal Veil Farm in the Columbia River Gorge! This new family-owned farm is just beginning to operate and we are working together to start sourcing delicious, local produce and free-range, pasture raised meats from them as their operation expands.
